This semi-detached house is located in La Quintaleja, one of the best private gated communities in Madrid. The resort is located at Calle San Enrique de Osso which belongs to el Encinar de los Reyes (adjacent to the famous luxury area called la Moraleja and only 15 minutes from the Plaza de Castilla driving through the A1 highway). It enjoys 24 hour security, access control, kids playground , paddle-tennis courts and swimming pools. At a short distance from the house you have got all residential services, a shopping center with a supermarket, pharmacy, dry cleaner, hairdresser, travel agency, and recreational facilities ( la Moraleja golf Courses, Encinar fitness/gym club and many cafes and restaurants). Special mention to the well known spanish department stores El Corte Ingles (five minutes driving in San Chinarro).
The house is one of the best of the 100 homes in the resort. In front line with open views, it has about 300 sq meters of living area divided on three floors. It also has a magnificent terrace, a dining room under a wooden pergola , and a private garden with mature trees and private swimming pool surrounded by Ipe wood, all in a plot of 600 sq meters.
